LILA BLAKESLEE   artist - partner
Lila's paintings have been collected by Olympic riders, polo professionals and wonderful patrons around the world. In addition, her artwork has been featured on the cover of the Chronicle of the Horse, the Winter Equestrian Festival program and many polo club program covers around the country. For several years LIla created the promotional poster for the U.S.E.T. fundraiser in Palm Beach. Lila's artistic style and subject matter is diverse. It ranges from the classical interpretation of the horse as a study of serene strength in motion, to the horse as a mystically inspired creation of the gods. Lila works in a variety of mediums, ranging from delicate pastels on paper to large colorful acrylic canvasses. She has recently begun to paint ocean and water scenes, often incorporating creatures of the sea.

In addition to her fine art, Lila's line of painted equestrian clothes is found in specialty boutiques around the country. She also designs the Lila Collection of bedding, linens and luggage through A.W.S.T. International. The collection is found in tack shops and equestrian catalogues.
